Sharon I am not sure on this but did you have bitlocker or other encryption software on your system? If it was a Surface tablet then bitlocker was on by default. Anyway, I ask because I read some posts on other sites that subjects with encryption software on their systems were experiencing some problems when upgrading and/or performing resets. I have done several Surface tablets but I always turn off bitlocker because one I do not need the encryption protection and feel the performance hit is not worth leaving it on.
